2018 Mazda CX-5 GT First Service With just under 6K miles on our 2018 Mazda CX-5 GT we had our first service performed which consisted of synthetic oil and filter change, tire rotatio With just under 6K miles on our 2018 Mazda CX-5 GT we had our first service performed which consisted of synthetic oil and filter change, tire rotation and vehicle inspection. This was a complimentary service with the purchase of vehicle at the of July 2018. We have had no issues or problems. There was no recalls on this model either. In addition I requested for and had the navigation map SD Card updated during this service call. Only comment was that there were a couple marks/smudges on the interior front seats and consoles which were easily wiped clean. More

Car Service Did not like waiting in the customer service waiting room 15 min just to drop off my car. I pulled into the service area to drop off my car the night Did not like waiting in the customer service waiting room 15 min just to drop off my car. I pulled into the service area to drop off my car the night before my service appointment. A young man greeted me and took my key and information. I was asked to wait in the customer waiting room. For what? You had all my information. Then Terrance asked me to come back to the service desk only to reconfirm what I had already told the person on the phone when I made the appointment and the young man that greeted me. His questions took less than a minute. This process took 10 minutes longer than it should have. Then when I picked up my car the whole process started over again. There were plenty of service people, both times, sitting in the service area. The people were friendly but the service process really needs improvement. More
