Most importantly, these guys want to make you happy. I had an issue with a Certified Used Car. They stayed with it till they identified the problem and fixed it. Great experience. Salesman Rick was an honest negotiator and was knowledgable of the models we were choosing from. When we couldn't find on the lot exactly what we wanted he located one in transit that was and was knowledgable of the models we were choosing from. But Rick stated our car would be ready for us by Monday and sure enough by Monday evening my wife was in her new car. He also gave us an identical loaner for the weekend too so she could start learning her new car before she received it. And Rick went out of his way to bring us paperwork to our home. More

I worked with a previous service manager that has since retired to get the engine replaced in my CX9. Poor communication for that whole process. Had an appointment to pick up my car finally, wasted 2 hours retired to get the engine replaced in my CX9. Poor communication for that whole process. Had an appointment to pick up my car finally, wasted 2 hours driving there to be told it wasn't ready. Service manager said he would cover my next oil change for the hassle. When it was time for the oil change, my service manager had retired and I was assigned a new one. I made the appointment and added on a tire service, drove an hour to the dealership, just for them to forget I was waiting in the showroom. The new service manager came out and told me the "tire machine" was conveniently broken and I would have to come back. I asked if the oil change was done (since I had been there for an hour already) and it wasn't. He forgot it was even on the work order, further solidifying the fact that he straight up FORGOT I was there for my APPOINTMENT. 3 hours total wasted for an oil change that they were comping for wasting my time before. Absolutely ridiculous. He wanted me to come back but wouldn't make an actual appointment for a date or time. The other service managers have been rude on more than one occasion so there's no option of working with someone else. We are a Mazda family and will NEVER go back to this dealership. Absolutely pathetic communication and service. More
