Took very long but they didn't give up. Thumbs up! My certified pre-owened car which I just bought in August 2018 started having serious issue in September just a month after my purchase date. Severa My certified pre-owened car which I just bought in August 2018 started having serious issue in September just a month after my purchase date. Several warning lights comes on all of sudden at the same time when my car was in motion. It was very scary and not safe to drive at all. I took my car there several time for the same issue. Each time I was told that they believed that the problem was fixed then same exact issue came back on again... One time, they kept my car about 7 weeks because they didn't know and couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car and took very long time to fix it. After finally I got my car back, the same issue came right back within 24 hours. At that time, I was about to give up and lost faith with them. But after that time, they went above my expectations and finally really fixed the issue! I haven't experienced the same issue ever since. I am glad that I stick with them and didn't give up.
