Oscar was great very informative. However Toyota sent me the wrong rim and it was installed on my car. They reordered the rim and the same thing happed the wrong rim. To make a long story short I had to come 6 times to get my car fixed. I was compensated for my time. I even had to pay for two wheel alignments which I feel was not fair. I spent over 2500 and had to come 6 times to fix the problem. More

Inquired regarding a used Jeep. Brian was on top of my inquiry until it was time to do business. Put us in a loaner (out of fuel), called us a week later and said it was ready. Drove to McDonough to find the Jeep had not been touched in detail after he stated it was there for 4 1/2 hours. Off we go again, in the loaner. We received the Jeep the next day- dog hair all over the interior. Still not clean, but good enough. Had to stop and chat with his friends at the gas station up the street when we went to fill up our new purchase. Had no interest in assisting. Sorry, I didn’t want a new Toyota. I wanted a cheap Jeep to get back and forth to work with. More
