Furthermore, she was infinitely patient with me when she was showing me all the bells and whistles of the new car. I plan to refer all my female friends to her. By the way, there was a male sales rep who was talking to his customer in a very condescending manner. I felt very uncomfortable listening to him. Had he helped me instead of Rachel, I probably would not have purchased a car at Jim Ellis. He was a real turn off. More
