I would have given a 5 star but I felt some discrimination when I was trying to ask an associate a question. I brought it up to the sales associate but I felt it was swept under the rug. Not quite the 'Lexus Experience' I visited the dealership already knowing which vehicle to purchase and the price. The transaction went smoothly, although it took longer than expected and the 'Lexus Experience' was missing. After 37 days, I have still not heard back from the dealership regarding the touch up paint they were going to provide or received any contact to bring the vehicle back for their team to complete the touch up as they mentioned for some areas on the vehicle. The post-sale process and follow-up outreach was also missing, so it's possible my customer loyalty to the dealership was not valued. Therefore, my average score rating is on the generous side. More
Started the process speaking with AZ(?) on the phone. We agreed to drive down although it was already min afternoon. She said she’d send the car right then to get cleaned up. She was gone but Jimmy helped us. Test drive was fine. I didn’t enjoy your no negotiation strategy. Where is the fun in that. But we felt the price was good for us. The finance fellow was good, making the process quick. And you “driver” (young man) was exceptional. He waited with us an extra 40 minutes as we waited for the car to return from being washed down the street. Very pleasant and also knowledgeable about the RX350 as he walked us through many of the features after we got the car. So overall very good, except the car should have been washed and cleaned up before we got there. In-N-Out was almost closed be the time we got to Valencia. We would definitely consider your store when looking for our next Lexus. More
