no follow through on promises I was missing a rear seat head rest and mats of a CPO vehicle I had just purchased. They promised to ship me the missing items. It has been 1.5 months, and I have not received them as promised. I have made several calls only to have them take a message and promises to return my call. Needless to say, totally disappointed.
