Lexus used to be THE BEST in customer service. Now? Not so much. Even the cashier/loaner dept was dismissive. I was in Beverly Hills last night right before closing and called Martha Gomez to see if she could see the issue firsthand and write up a new ticket for the service manager. She invited me to come right over. She got into the passenger side of my car and took a cell phone video of the missing/out lights to share with the service manager. She arranged for a loaner vehicle and I was on my way home in no time. Martha provides EXCELLENT customer-centered care every time I visit. She makes me feel that my concerns about my car are valid and that the Service Department will strive to solve the issue. I have many choices as to where to bring my Lexus to be serviced, but I choose Jim Falk because of Martha Gomez. More
