First, he told me that the factory warranty required a fee to be paid in oder to transfer to my name. He then charged me a $750 fee that is to be be refunded if I don't return the vehicle back to them. The $750 has not been returned, initially Bill asked me for the last 4 of my card number, I happily provided. He then asked for the entire card number, I declined to give it to him. Ask him to process my return or allow me to dispute the charge with my bank, he said yes on the phone and refused to honor via email. Making my refund contingent on my return to the dealership. I should not have to go back for my money, rather a refund of my money. More
Both Alicia and Monica were extremely helpful and kind. I called the service department last week and spoke to Alicia after my "check engine" light went on. I came in and Martha took care of my every need, even thought it was 6:30 in the evening. She arranged for a loaner and then called with the progress. I picked up my car, clean and fixed! He's excellent at diagnosing and solving any problems that might come up (I've had a lot of mice invasions in my car).
