Poor customer service by a service adviser I recently went for a service on my Lexus and was directed to Danny Park as my service adviser. I have been with Lexus for over 15+ years and have ne I recently went for a service on my Lexus and was directed to Danny Park as my service adviser. I have been with Lexus for over 15+ years and have never received such poor customer service. Danny was unprofessional and extremely unfriendly dealing with a long liable customer, he was very quick throwing me prices on something i clearly had warranty for. He stated at a given time, "i did you a favor for not charging you this time", what does that even mean to a customer that has warranty on their brand new vehicle? He definitely was not a pleasant person to deal with for my service needs, I highly do not recommend him as a service adviser to anyone. More

I can't say anything bad about their service, their staff, or the way they treat their clients. Easy going people that treat you with all the respect that one can ask for. Even though Beverly Hills seems to have the reputation of being an expensive place, but I can tell you that's not the case. They can compete with any other place in the valley or elsewhere, and it's really worth a visit to check out best deal possible. More

This was done very quickly, and the service person found I also needed some extra repairs. I needed my car back by 3:00 p.m. and the extra work was done within this time frame.
