Purchased new 2021 Z71 Suburban. Picked up the vehicle and found trash in the seat backs and 2nd row door panels after it was detailed. Sales rep told me that when I come back to pick up my Chevy floor m and found trash in the seat backs and 2nd row door panels after it was detailed. Sales rep told me that when I come back to pick up my Chevy floor mats, metal lock box and trailer tire sensors the dealership would do a 2nd detail job to correct that problem. A week later I was told my floor mats were in and come pick them up. I go to the parts dept and open the boxes containing the floor mats only to find they were all used floor mats and the rear cargo mat was missing. Very disappointing.... More
