At first my experience was outstanding. It all went wrong with the dealer financing. The sales manager failed to have me bring in all the documents needed, and they gave incorrect income in It all went wrong with the dealer financing. The sales manager failed to have me bring in all the documents needed, and they gave incorrect income info on my co-signer. They let me take the car home on a spot delivery anyways.. Ive had it for a week and a half. Its been calls every day or so, needing more info from me. Yesterday I was told that none of their banks are willing to work with the revised income info, and that if they couldn't get it resolved I needed to bring the car back in. Today I was told it's a no go, and the car needs to be returned by 4pm tomorrow. They then sent me the customer satisfaction survey. I could've been upset, but instead I left a honest ( no salt) review. I then reached back out inquiring about a different co-signer. I was immediately called. The sales rep was openly hostile towards me because of the review, because " a lot of people got in trouble". I was told they were no longer interested in working with me at all, and that I could " take my business elsewhere buddy, and return the car or they will collect it." Single worst car buying experience I've ever had. More

Mike in finance was great at the Owasso location and so was Amy. They left us with needing an oil change after 1 week of driving the car, haven’t called to agreed repairs after 2 weeks of Buying and would was Amy. Worst experience ever! The car I bought was way overpriced(my fault for not do the research) I bought a 2014 Traverse. First off couldn’t make it home because gas tank was The car I bought was way overpriced(my fault for not do the research) I bought a 2014 Traverse. First off couldn’t make it home because gas tank was empty. Started beeping for low fuel the second time I got off the lot. It was also sprayed heavily with fragrance to cover up a mold issue. Within a week the I discovered several mechanical and electrical issues they clearly covered up. The whole sound system stopped working. Another item was fixed with a zip tie that broke within the first week. The water pump went out 2 days later. The fuse box was rigged up with paper and stripped screws. That’s just a few of the issues I have found so far. They say they have a 120 point inspection yet the brake pads are out and within the first week the car says to change oil soon. The salesman slipped a review for himself filled completely out as all excellent in every category just wanted me to sign it. Deceptive and dishonest company. Strongly recommend not buying from these crooks! More
