Our Experience with Jim Glover Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram On May 13, 2026, we took our 2018 Ram 2500, 6.7L Cummins Diesel Crew Cab 4x4, with approximately 117,133 miles to Jim Glover in Owasso for routi Ram On May 13, 2026, we took our 2018 Ram 2500, 6.7L Cummins Diesel Crew Cab 4x4, with approximately 117,133 miles to Jim Glover in Owasso for routine maintenance. Our truck had NEVER experienced a check engine light before this service. Yet, the very next evening, the check engine light came on. That was the beginning of repeated dealership visits, costly repairs, and unresolved problems. We paid over $6,000 to Jim Glover for repairs, including a transmission valve body replacement and EGR system cleaning. Despite these repairs, the warning lights continued to return. Our truck is a business vehicle, and being without it repeatedly disrupted our business operations. Despite our repeated requests, Jim Glover never provided us with a rental vehicle, adding to the inconvenience and frustration. During one of our visits, Amber, a service advisor familiar with our truck from a previous visit, suggested that we just buy a new truck. Our Ram 2500 is paid off, and we value its reputation for durability and longevity. We brought it in for maintenance, not to be encouraged to replace it. On June 10, T.J., the Service Director, assured us the truck was ready after he and his technicians had driven it. The Exhaust Filter Full warning returned the next day, followed by the check engine light on June 13. We contacted the dealership but received no response. We ultimately had to take our truck elsewhere and spend another $3,000 on repairs. The fact that these problems began immediately after routine maintenance raises serious questions that were never satisfactorily addressed. Despite repeated unsuccessful repairs, mounting expenses, and no follow-up, those questions remain unanswered. Based on our experience, we strongly discourage others from entrusting their vehicles to Jim Glover Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Owasso for service or repairs. We trusted them repeatedly to make this right, and ultimately, that trust was lost. More
