took a car in sept 5th to have the a/c checked. I told the service advisor the compressor was not getting power when the switch was turned on. I told them the compressor was brand new. They diagno I told the service advisor the compressor was not getting power when the switch was turned on. I told them the compressor was brand new. They diagnosed the system and told me the wrong compressor was used and said i needed to replace it. I told them to go ahead after they assured me that would fix the problem. Then after three weeks they called and said i needed a new cooling fan for an additional $200,00. that still did not fix the problem and the service advisor said she was getting the service mgr involved. I think they got another technician to check the vehicle and then they found out there was a bad sensor. that fixed the problem. I'm out $2000.00 because they could not diagnose the problem correctly. Would never use this company again for service, nor would i ever buy a veicle from them. More

Amazing 5 STAR SERVICE.
