I was quite lucky to find myself working with 'Wick' and felt that he had our (my wife Donna and I) best interests in mind throughout. My wife and I were both treated professionally at every stage of the purchase; so much so, that we bought TWO cars. In fact, we also found our selves negotiating for a third Lexus, that being the LC 500. All in all, I find myself very satisfied. I arrived a little early and thought I might have to wait in the customer lounge but I had an appointment to have my 15,000 mile service on my LS500.
