Great service experience Our Service Consultant, Shannon, went over and above the call of duty. When it was going to be very difficult for me to get back to pick up my car on Our Service Consultant, Shannon, went over and above the call of duty. When it was going to be very difficult for me to get back to pick up my car on the 22nd, she offered to bring it to me when she got off work. The 22nd was my husband's birthday and we had plans for dinner that night and I was leaving the next day for a trip to our mountain home. Shannon arrived around 7 pm and all was well. My car was great on the drive to the mountains on Tuesday. It's nice to have that fuel pump problem fixed to give me greater peace of mind going back and forth to the mountains this summer and fall. Recall service Took our car in for a fuel pump recall. Received a loaner vehicle as it was a longer service.
