Excellent Service for 15000 Check! This was an opportunity to get my 15000 mile service done on my 2017 Lexus when a schedule opening occurred on short notice on a Friday morning. A la This was an opportunity to get my 15000 mile service done on my 2017 Lexus when a schedule opening occurred on short notice on a Friday morning. A lady by the name of Ashley helped me get an appointment for two hours later, just after lunch. I arrived on time, the service representative, Daniel Weih took great care of me, had the paperwork filled out quickly and promised me the service should take about 1 & 1/2 hours, which proved to be very accurate. There was a quiet place in the waiting room, where I was able to get some work or reading done. The service was done just as promised, the staff was very prompt & able to get me on my way in short order. An excellent experience, as always, with Jim Hudson Lexus. An outstanding dealership. I've been doing business with this dealership for almost 20 years - outstanding quality & folks to work with! More

My ES350 service Melvin Alston was my service consultant and he exhibited a customer focused attitude. I arrived early for my appointment and Melvin processed me in a Melvin Alston was my service consultant and he exhibited a customer focused attitude. I arrived early for my appointment and Melvin processed me in ahead of the 7am opening - I really appreciated that. I explained some issues with my ES350 and Melvin recommended a wheel alignment and now my 2011 rides as good as the first day I purchased it. He didn't give me the feeling he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. During the inspection, the Technician found a nail in my tire and Melvin sent me a video of the damage. I thought that was sooooo cool and professional. During my conversation with Melvin, I expressed a desire to own a BMW as my next car but after talking with him, I was convinced to stay with Lexus because he was expressing some of the exact cons others have expressed. VERY GOOD SERVICE!!!! More

The Jim Hudson Lexus Experience I dropped my LS 500 off for service and I must say that my service technician Danil Weih was the most pleasant guy that I have met in a long time.
