Upon arriving in the service lane, I was greeted by Mr. Alston. This was a 99,000 mile routine checkup. He explained what services would be done and I requested a loaner while the service was being completed. Before returning the loaner, I received a video from the service technician, Mr. Woodbury. He informed me the service was complete. I also received a text from Mr. Alston telling me the service was complete. Upon my return, Mr. Alston explained the completed service and explained I may need tires at the next service. I was very pleased with the entire service experience. More

He spent a lot of time explaining what the warranty covers versus what the extended warranty covers that we had purchased when we bought the car.
