We had excellent service. I do think I could have saved about $2000 by using carmax or carvana but that was my choice. The only confusion I have is that a friend bought a new Kia and received free oil chan about $2000 by using carmax or carvana but that was my choice. The only confusion I have is that a friend bought a new Kia and received free oil change and checkups during the warranty period. Mini and BMW did that for me in the past. It would have been a nice gesture at least for the first 3 oil changes or check ups. More

I had an appointment and was promptly greeted. Everyone was friendly and taking the proper safety precautions. The show room floor is comfortable and the dealership had what I was looking for.
