His knowledge of how the car runs and what all the buttons were for was impressive. When we picked up the car, Brad took the time to show us how different things operate. He also made sure both of our phones were synced to the Bluetooth. Grant, in the business office, was very helpful in the information he shared with us and in answering our questions. When we arrived to pick up the car, he was efficient in what we needed to sign and had us ready to meet with Brad again quickly.
