Blake was very helpful in my decision on the used vehicle I was looking to purchase. He also was able to get a very good trade-in amount for my car. I have always been a Honda fan. We visited the dealership because it had a used Honda that I wanted to look at. While we were there, I decided to go ahead and look at the Camry. Blake did an exc dealership because it had a used Honda that I wanted to look at. While we were there, I decided to go ahead and look at the Camry. Blake did an excellent job convincing me that Camry was the way to go. I feel like I got a beautiful car that will last me a long time. Our experience with Thomas Wood in financing was also a great experience. Both men were professional and friendly at all times. If our service visits are as positive are as positive as our purchasing experiences, we will definitely be a Jim Norton customer again. More

We recently purchased a Toyota Sienna from Jim Norton Toyota. Thomas Hector did a very good job with the overall process. He wasn’t intimidating or pushy but instead very pleasant. I submitted a message via the dealer's website and received a call from Laura Morse. I thought, "O great! I have never dealt with a sales LADY in a dealership." With some trepidation, I pursued the shopping experience. I quickly learned that Laura is very knowledgeable, courteous and in every way helpful. When my wife and I came to the dealership, Laura let us take our time and ask lots of questions. She truly earned her commission that day! Wow, is all I really can say. After being pre-judged by another dealer who didn't even know his product, I decided to just go on to Jim Norton's website, contact whoever answered, and tell them what I want another dealer who didn't even know his product, I decided to just go on to Jim Norton's website, contact whoever answered, and tell them what I wanted, since I knew what it was.....I told them what I wanted to pay, and the exact model that I wanted....I also told them I was tired of dealing with sleazy, cheesey, salespeople, would not give my phone number or name, until I could reach a deal I was happy with....and guess what? Justin did it.......It was easy, what I wanted, and what I wanted to pay. We only financed 1/3 of the vehicle, and Zach was helpful in that departmennt.....everything went smoothly, and the follow up has been great. I would highly recommend this team to anyone who is looking for no pressure, non cheesey, but professional help. More

Robert was extremely busy when we walked in. He was actually helping some of our family members, however took the time out to acknowledge us. I was very pleased! While a few other customers he was help actually helping some of our family members, however took the time out to acknowledge us. I was very pleased! While a few other customers he was helping looked at cars he went over what we would be interested in purchasing and what features we wanted in our car. He then stepped away for a few minutes abd grabbed some keys and we test drove a Toyota Camry. I was very very pleased with what he had come up with for our family. It was the perfect fit! We purchased that car. I would highly recommend Robert for any future car purchases. More
