Today i have appointment to oil change at 3:45apm. I come at time but when arrive they said have issues with the system. So anyways I said make the oil change please and they take my truck to the servic come at time but when arrive they said have issues with the system. So anyways I said make the oil change please and they take my truck to the service I was waiting and waiting I nothing so I decide to ask after 2 hrs if my truck was ready and surprise it wasn't they dont doing nothing only after I ask for my truck. So have to wait for 25 mins more. I los 2 hrs 25 mins only for oil change. This is the 3rd time happen to me. They make me wait for so long... More

Mike Bowers in the service department is such a pleasure to work with! I schedule appointments ahead through him. He is always friendly, courteous and professional to work with. I was at the service department today and was to him as a service manager. I agree with the previous review. I just went to the service department for a nitrogen top-off for my tires and he wanted to charge service manager. I agree with the previous review. I just went to the service department for a nitrogen top-off for my tires and he wanted to charge me $50 which others give it for free. Besides, the nitrogen was filled at the dealership when I purchased the vehicle. I’m not sure if he is a manager or a service adviser. I ask to talk to the manager and he said he is the manager. If Jim Norton will not do anything with his dealings, more and more customer will be moving to another dealership. More
