Still have not received my title Bought a 2015 Toyota Tacoma on 08/25/2017. Still have not received my title. JNT kept having me resign purchase contracts and getting a new paper tag. Bought a 2015 Toyota Tacoma on 08/25/2017. Still have not received my title. JNT kept having me resign purchase contracts and getting a new paper tag. Every time I call they send me to Finance and a voicemail...I leave a message and it's not returned. I've left messages for Dexter...Mike and Justin. Now that funding has been approved by my lender (Wells Fargo) and I've already made my first payment...I still have NO TITLE and my tag expires in two days. I doubt JNT cares that I will accrue late penalties. I ask the receptionist to connect me to someone real and she sends me to voicemail. When I call back I go straight in to the automated call system. The I use a DIFFERENT phone and she answers (weird huh?). Then is it’s back to voicemail. I call back and guess what…immediately back in the automated call system. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE More
This dealership doesn't care about what they tell customers! I showed up and no one had any idea who I was or what I was looking for. I had to start all over again. Allen was called and didn't have the courtesy to introduce himself to me and/or apologize for any possible miscommunication....I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. Lincoln Weber did his best to help me without any support from anyone. I placed a deposit on the car and would return to purchase the car. In the meantime, I specifically asked if the navigation system was updated on the car and was told "yes it has the latest update". After I purchased the car, the navigation system hadn't been updated since original purchase in 2013. The dealership didn't care and then just said, you can buy an update. I asked for Allen and the General Manager to call me and they have yet to call me. I would not use this dealership since they seem to lack integrity and customer service. More

If you walk in the door with your own financing you will undoubtedly walk out with the lowest possible price period. If you don't have your own, they will work very diligently to make sure they fit the purchase into your budget. Ryan is doing a good job following in the footsteps of Mike and his no nonsense "just say yes" customer service model. More

Sent them a quick email to ask whether they could match the price. The nightmare started then. Was told by Morgan they could match and then emails, calls, and when I was there, they got only one 2017 RAV4 there, with more than 200 miles, and the price is not what they told me. The worst is that as I trusted them to get me a car, I missed the deal from Tulsa (they are much better dealer as they honor the price). Hope this can help others when you try to contact this dealer. Be careful! Cannot give a 0 star otherwise that should what they deserve! I put a google review, they responded my review and asked for further details. I sent follow up emails, called but no responses at all. More
Love my Used RAV We have owned many Toyota's and knew a lot about the Highlander and thought that's what we wanted, until I got into the RAV4, it's just hubby and I an We have owned many Toyota's and knew a lot about the Highlander and thought that's what we wanted, until I got into the RAV4, it's just hubby and I and sometimes our grandson, and we are so happy that Lincoln Weber was available for us that day, although young he was very helpful in showing us what we asked for. Very nice young man, and I hope he goes far in the car industry. He was NOT a high pressure salesman which we SO appreciated. More

wasted my time About 3 weeks ago, my daughter and I stopped to look at cars. We told the salesman that we were looking for 2 used cars, a crossover and an economy c About 3 weeks ago, my daughter and I stopped to look at cars. We told the salesman that we were looking for 2 used cars, a crossover and an economy car and what requirements they had to meet. He had us wait in the lobby while he checked to see what they had. He finally drove up in a Cadillac sedan. That did not meet either descriptions. We waited some more. He then brought up an economy car that had almost 200,000 miles on it. That also did not meet our specifications. We waited again. He finally brought up a crossover. It had more miles than we wanted but it was the best he had brought up to this point. We test drove it and decided we liked it and would try to work a deal. Once again, we waited. They would not tell us a price. We walked outside and told them they had 10 minutes to give us a price. Finally, a sales manager came out with a price. We gave them our offer and told them they had 10 more minutes. They got close, but not close enough. We had been there for over 3 HOURS at this point. Yesterday, we went back because the car was still listed online and had been reduced in price. Our salesman was off so another helped us. He went to get the keys while we looked at cars. He came out and unlocked it. Something looked different and as I walked around it, I noticed that this was 4 years newer than the one we were looking at. I told him again what we were looking at and that they wasted my time the last time I was there and we weren't doing that again. He came out with keys to another vehicle, right year, right make, wrong model and color. He went back inside again. After about 15-20 minutes, he did not come back so we left. I guess they figure if they waste enough of your time, you will break down and by whatever they show you. More
