The vehicle the gentleman is referring to was a pre-owned vehicle for $6,995. I don't know where a "new" vehicle would come into the picture for that price. Asked for any other vehicles in that price range. We didn't have any. The vehicle was a conversion van which is why it had the rear TV. He was not misled, he purchased knowingly but we wouldn't throw in an "extended warranty". There aren't extended warranties offered on 15 year old vehicles.

In their response dated 7/21/14 they stated that I was dealing for a used van for $6,995 when I was actually dealing for a new 2013 van for $31,000 that was supposed to have a ton of extras. I was dealing for a 2013 after the 2014s had came out, which is why I thought I was getting a good deal. In several phone calls I made to Loy Marshall I asked about the towing package which is important to me as I am a disabled veteran and my wife is wheelchair bound and I need to load and unload her wheelchair. Loy Marshall continually assured me that all Toyota vans came with the tow package. If they gave me a tow package and a remote start free of charge I would be willing to forget about all the other extras they promised but failed to deliver, like I was supposed to get a new van and I got one that had over 400 miles on it. It was either a demo or an employees demo van.
