Dexter did an amazing job We came in to find a vehicle for our 17 year. We were looking at some of the used vehicles on the lot and test drove quite a few of them. Dexter was a great help in trying to find the right car for our teenager. He helped us figure out that with our budget, we could get a brand new Corolla that they were dropping the price on instead of a used vehicle. The finance department was fantastic and we ended up with the safest vehicle for our teenager. Jim Norton Toyota will definitely be the first stop we make anytime we are looking for a vehicle. More

Once you own a Toyota truck, no other truck is good enough! Terrible dealership Spend your money elsewhere Jim Norton Toyota is not the place to buy your vehicle we secured financing for $32,000 vehicle over a week ago we were to Spend your money elsewhere Jim Norton Toyota is not the place to buy your vehicle we secured financing for $32,000 vehicle over a week ago we were told a week from now we need you guys to bring the trade-in to complete everything we will hold the vehicle for you guys until you show up that day well we showed up from Texas a 3 1/2 hour drive with our vehicle that we were told before our appointment actually started that the vehicle was sold before we got there now this is not the right way to do business especially if there’s already secured financing for that particular vehicle we were speaking with the salesman and we found out that the main reason they sold that vehicle before we arrived was because the deal made a little bit more money then original deal that we made over a week ago that is still not the right way to do business when someone signs a credit app and you submit their credit and their credit take some negative points because of you submitting it and we except the terms of the approval that we got and then you sell the vehicle from under us not a good way to do business and the worst part of all of it is that the sales manager Craig Webster kept looking at us like we were stupid he kept looking down on us as if we were good enough to be in that dealership Truth be told we could buy anything we wanted in that dealership just if you’re looking to spend your money and get the most bang for your buck do not go to Jim Norton Toyota More

BUYER BEWARE My initial review was: 5 stars because our salesman John was very nice when we purchased -- but here is my UPDATE: 16 days after purchasing a brand My initial review was: 5 stars because our salesman John was very nice when we purchased -- but here is my UPDATE: 16 days after purchasing a brand new car worth $50,000 my friend sat in the backseat of our car for the first time ever (the back seat had yet to be used) and she noticed the leather was ripped in 3 places. We took it back to Jim Norton to see what could be done where they have told us they will not fix this issue at all as it is, "Normal wear and tear." I never would have thought that when the first person to ever sit in our backseat (we never sat in the back) would allegedly rip the leather. Which means Jim Norton Toyota sold us this vehicle with 3 rips in the leather when we bought it in the middle of the night (they are not in a place that a person's pocket could rip or a place that is easily noticeable) or Toyota's quality is so HORRIBLE that they consider this to be normal. Either way, I do NOT recommend buying your car with these unhelpful people who clearly do not care about the quality of their vehicles or the quality of their customer service. I will be reporting this and them the Better Business Bureau immediately. BUYER BEWARE. More
