Was very satisfied with both the salesman and the dealership. Trey was honest and straight forward (very rare) and he got us very close to our price without a lot of negotiating. Trey even drove to our home the next day to return items left at the dealership. We were very satisfied with their friendly and polite service and we got just what we wanted. More

I gave the adviser Brandy my recall notice and she took all my information and gave me the appointment information. When I showed up for the appointment it was like she had never spoke to me and I had to provide all my information again. Her snobby attitude irritated me in the first place but when I requested that No Other Work be done on my car, no inspection, no diagnostic, car wash etc. She gave me false information that a inspection and diagnostic check must be done or Mazda would not pay for the recall. Sounded fishy to me and I'd already saw other One Star Reviews where this dealer Always finds something wrong to push service or repair work. All I want is my recall work done and she said it was "Mazda's Rule" that bogus inspections and diagnostic checks must be done. Well I called Mazda. Guess what MAZDA HAS NO RULE! MAZDA DOESN'T REQUIRE OR PAY FOR INSPECTIONS OR DIAGNOSTIC CHECKS RELATED TO RECALLS. The Mazda customer care representative called the dealer to try and stop this false information but the dealer refused to stop misleading customers. The Mazda customer service representative put me in contact with the Mazda District Manager so he can stop these scammers from further misleading customers. Few hours later I received a call back from the MAZDA district Manager who informed me that he spoke to the dealer and they NOW KNOW they can't FORCE UNNECESSARY SERVICE on customers and lie and say it's a Mazda Rule! I have also been contacted by Mazda USA and they are very concerned about how this dealer operates and assured me they would be following up with this dealer! Busted! I'd never ever use this dealer and will be notifying others on the shadiness of this dealer. Keep driving Do Not Take Your Vehicle to this dealer! More

poor service had recall on madza cx9. scheduled appointment and after waiting 10-15 minutes was told part out of stock and back ordered.. on 2nd attempt was had recall on madza cx9. scheduled appointment and after waiting 10-15 minutes was told part out of stock and back ordered.. on 2nd attempt was told that for recall and oil change would take 3-4 hours. after 5" hours i called and was told that they had not started and would be the next day before repairs would be completed. returned the next day and paid bill. went to carl and everything had been taken out of glove department and beneath radio and was scattered on floor and front seat with none put back. complained to staff member and she appeared to be unconcerned stating that had to get in glove compartment to fixed callback on air bag. also was told that needed new tires and i responded that would need to delay. she offered to have prices available and give them to me when i picked up my car. she did not provide these so i have ordered them elsewhere. if another dealer is nearby for you, you might wish to consider an alternate. Shady practice I feel duped in a way. I spoke to a salesman (AJ) and told him what I needed the price to be out the door. He told me fine it can be done, so I drove I feel duped in a way. I spoke to a salesman (AJ) and told him what I needed the price to be out the door. He told me fine it can be done, so I drove an hour to the lot. I should have walked away the moment the price became 5,000 more than what we spoke about. The salesman had a smile and was very nice all the while knowing they changed the agreed price. I had my own financing and set amount I could spend. So after swallowing the fact I was not getting the price we spoke about over the phone, I started from the beginning (advertised price) but wait there's now an add charge (Atl. Advantage $1735) that I could not opt out of even though I was buying a used Chrysler T&C from a Lincoln dealership. This plan is for their new cars, I really didn't want it. They dropped the price to $735 but that goes to show the advertise price is not the "true price". After speaking with the bank I was allowed to go up on my loan. I had to come back the next day with the check from the credit union. The next day what should have been a quick in and out with the Financial Department turned into 5+ hours of waiting to close the deal. I had a grumpy 17yr old son a 70yr old mother mad because we were there 5+ hours, plus two 3yr olds hungry and trying to eat all the snacks. I finally get in with the Financial Department and asked why the line item that should have said Atl. Advantage now said wounded warriors fund. The finance guy removed the line item and added that amount to the price of the van (make the sales price $735 more) After all was said and done, I paid more than advertised internet price, it was late (I fell asleep waiting to close that night. I felt stuck because that would be the last night I would have available transportation. I still feel like they did a Houdini on me. Now there are not any mentions of the "Atlanta Advantage Plan" and after the 1st verbal broken (phone price agreement), I pray they keep the now verbal Atlanta Advantage Plan. One bright side, I walked away with a big red bow and a full tank of gas, but I bet they do that for everyone. ?WOW I just posted to Yelp and read other stories all sounding just like mine. Shady business 😡😠 BEWARE!!! More

We dropped it off at 11:30 at 4:00 we called to check on it because no one had called us and was told it would be ready in 1 hour when it should have already have been ready. So we run a few errands and are almost at the dealership and call at 5:20 to to be sure it's ready and then we are told that one of the parts they ordered was wrong. Not one time in that hour and twenty minutes did they bother to call and tell us that the part was wrong like they should have done as soon as they knew they had the wrong part. In all reality we should have known hours earlier because we dropped the car off at 11:30 for a two hour repair. I was very unhappy with the service I received I was told we would be given a courtesy car to drive also for that day and it ended up being a rental car that I had to put a deposit on and then I had to pay for the insurance on it so it wasn't free at all so I don't see why I should send anyone to you to repair anything when you receive the level of service that we were shown. You can look at the Enterprise car rental receipt and see where I was charged for the insurance I gave a copy of it to someone there! Mazda sending you the incorrect part still has nothing to do with the fact that I dropped the car off at 11:30 and it should have been ready at the latest by 3 but when I called at 4 you were working on it then and then didn't realize until after 5 that you had the wrong part and I wouldn't have known if I had not called when I was on my way there to pick it up because when you realized you had the wrong part you didn't bother to pick up the phone and call me first! First, there was AJ, an internet sales consultant, that gave me the run around for the better part of a week asking me when I would come up and see them. I finally called and spoke with AJ, told him I had a quote from another dealer and I'd like to see what they could do. AJ then put me in touch with Marvin who proceeded to ask me a bunch of irrelevant questions (via email). I finally said to Marvin, you have the quote I provided AJ, do you want to try to beat it? He assured me that was the case and I could expect a quote from him shortly. A week or so later and I am still waiting. Complete waste of time. If you are going to have an internet department then it really should be a no brainer getting quotes to interested parties. If I could have given them 0 stars as a rating for my customer experience, I would have. At least Bill Igbal reached out to me, but it was too late. Frankly, I'd rather walk then turn over any of my hard earned money to this group. There are plenty of other dealers out there and if Mazda Lake Lanier keeps this kind of behavior up with other customers, they won't be around for long More
