I had such a great experience the first time I purchased by VW Tiguan in January 2011 that I went back a second time to purchase a VW Toureg in November 2013. This review is only for the experience of purchasing the car and not for service (as i have not yet experienced the service department). We purchased a 2014 Jetta Sportwagen TDI from Andy at Jim Wynn V car and not for service (as i have not yet experienced the service department). We purchased a 2014 Jetta Sportwagen TDI from Andy at Jim Wynn VW. We spent 4 months researching vehicles. Once we decided on a VW JSW we starting researching dealers in our area. As you know from DealerRater, Jim Wynn, is very highly rated - and this is for good reason. We reached out to Andy and he was, in no particular order: *friendly *professional *honest (!) *easy to communicate with *very no-pressure and no typical car-salesman BS We spoke to at least 6 other VW salespeople around the area and Andy was one of the few in which we felt comfortable listening to (no sales pitch) who actually cared about what we wanted and did not use us a mark for the next sale (or up-sale). Their showroom is awesome. All of the people there were very chill and knowledgeable and never did i feel pressured. They seem to be really good at developing a relationship with you that extends beyond the seller/buyer paradigm. Seriously consider Jim Wynn (and especially Andy) when considering the purchase of a VW. More
