From initiating contact, sending us a personalized video of the vehicle we were interested in, to setting an appointment, honoring that appointment and simply being enjoyable to conduct business with, my wife and I were pleasantly put at ease. Since we were just going in to test drive & 'think about it', we decided to bring our two boys along, an 8 month old, and a 5 year old. Mr. Freeman, being a family man himself, relished the opportunity to get to know our boys, thereby making them feel comfortable, in turn making our short time there stress free. The vehicle equipment was as advertised, priced as advertised, no gimmicks or sleight of hand. The finance manager had the price, payment and details worked out within an hour and a half of me driving on to the lot. Their program car buying position allow me to obtain the car I really wanted for thousands of dollars less than what I had been looking at. Excellent customer service I recently took my 2008 Chevrolet 2500HD diesel in for being in reduced power mode.... 4 days before Christmas and needing to drive back home to KY fo I recently took my 2008 Chevrolet 2500HD diesel in for being in reduced power mode.... 4 days before Christmas and needing to drive back home to KY for the Holidays. The service team looked at my truck offered ideas on items to help in the short term since this was going to take more than a day to fix. They even provided me with a loaner car to drive... When it was obvious that it wasn't going to be easy to fix in the window before Christmas the offered a solution where the experience of their Duramax diesel mechanic really paid off. I was home for Christmas thanks to Jimmy Carrier and the service department. Oh and the truck is back to running like a champ. More
