UPDATE: Jarred continues to excel at customer service, having remedied an issue I had after the fact. If you do want to buy a car here, absolutely go see him. Had a wonderful experience with Jimmy Britt after several disappointing experiences with other dealers! The salesman, Jarred Zipperer, and finance manager Sam were awesome and totally upfront. After talking with a dealer in a different town who had a Pacifica with 21k as the "EZ price" that became 31k somehow after they added on a million fees that were all exempt at Jimmy Britt, it was eye opening. It says a lot to have a company not try and completely pull the rug from under you once you get to an actual cash price. They took great pains to make sure the car was in even better shape than when I test drove it, and it was detailed excellently as well. Sam was also the easiest and most friendly person I've dealt with in a finance department. He was very up front with any extra add-ons, and was awesome in educating me on what they all would offer me without trying the usual high pressure tactics most places pull. I can 100% vouch for both Jarred and Sam, and would suggest dealing with them yourself if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle for yourself! More

The reason I gave four stars, an not five is due to the fact that I asked to transfer my current tag, but while waiting for my new registration I received a new tag. Additionally, I asked for a reduction in cost due to the minor issues with the appearance that I was assured would be taken care of. I left the truck with them for several hours the day I purchased it to give them plenty of time to correct the issues. By the time it was ready, it was dark and unable to really inspect it. However, the next day when I discovered the truck was not truly detailed, I was told I could bring it back. When I got a chance to return it for the complete detailing, I left it there for a few more hours. When I arrived, it was still not to my satisfaction, as it still had issue. While the sales staff is good, I rate their detailing service and below par. There was a clump of dog hair in the glove box and one of the storage containers in the cab was filthy. The top of the truck wasn't even touched during the wash and a few places on the side mirrors and other places still had pollen caked on. This tells me that they simply wiped it down with something like Armoral versus actually cleaning it. This is the level of care I would expect from a teenage wanting to make a few bucks, not a professional detailer at an authorized dealer. But, I am satisfied with my deal overall. More
