Going on 3 weeks of not being in my car and absolutely no resolution. I have spoken with a few people. And have been given nothing but the run around. Was offered a trade in , wasn’t expecting them to run my resolution. I have spoken with a few people. And have been given nothing but the run around. Was offered a trade in , wasn’t expecting them to run my credit for it ( this was my first car purchase so I’m clueless about it all ) filled out the credit info to be denied because I JUST bought a car with them. So obviously the bank didn’t offer me a good deal, wanted $30,000 down because I JUST purchased my Tahoe with them so my credit isn’t doing to well because of that. My car was sold to me with bad tires , so all 4 of my tires need to be replaced. Not to mention the 2nd week mark of having my car they had to replace my thermostat and fan. Here we are again, all 4 of my tires are in bad condition ( no way I could have done that in this short amount of time ). Was completely ready to do a trade in so I didn’t have to deal with this any longer. Obviously wasn’t an option because I just bought a vehicle a little over a month ago ( going on 2 months ) have spoken to a few people and we still have no resolution. My car payment is due again next week & I haven’t had my car in 3 weeks. This situation has been beyond stressful with little to no help at all. I’ve been promised over and over again they would make this right and there has been nothing done. Rayon was absolutely amazing , however he doesn’t have the authority to really make anything right. So unfortunately he’s just a middle man but has been the kindest soul. More
