We were told we had to schedule an appt for when the Dent guy was there and we did that. We live an hour away and dropped the car off and the dent guy never came so it was a wasted trip. The reason I only leaving 4 stars is because I have never felt so pushed into signing for something I wasn't sure about . It was like they were holding my keys hostage. Poor communication. Poor coordination (delivered wrong part, delaying repairs), poor quality workmanship (vehicle OBD throwing code the MINUTE vehicle driven off the lot Poor coordination (delivered wrong part, delaying repairs), poor quality workmanship (vehicle OBD throwing code the MINUTE vehicle driven off the lot. This was related to electrical connections not made by the “mechanic”, various brackets and small plastic parts not properly put back together or broken in the engine compartment…I hope this isn’t indicative of the quality of repair inside the engine and not readily visible), and liars (got charged for a test drive post repair that clearly didn’t happen). Star was super friendly and professional. She found what I was looking for. Would be simpler if one sales person was in contact with client instead of multiple ones.
