Jimmy Britt Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

I drove GMC trucks for over 30 years but was dissatisfied with my last one and decided to try a Ram because I had heard good things about them. I was accustomed to the dealership giving me a loaner truck if with my last one and decided to try a Ram because I had heard good things about them. I was accustomed to the dealership giving me a loaner truck if mine was being repaired under warranty. The salesman at Jimmy Britt assured me that I could expect the same thing. I based my decision to purchase a Ram on this promise. My truck was in the shop all last week and this didn't happen. I was given several excuses but no truck. Being dissatisfied with the dealership, I asked one of the sales managers to make me an offer to purchase my truck so I could go elsewhere and purchase another truck. They finally made me an insulting offer of 40k. This truck is only 1 and a half years old and I still owe over 60k so I must have really got a bad deal when I purchased it. More
