Slow on timing told me I would be there for at least hour and a half, ended up being there for 4 hours. After I told the person I had business to handle. After it was done it was just sitting outside as in i and a half, ended up being there for 4 hours. After I told the person I had business to handle. After it was done it was just sitting outside as in if I wasn’t not already there long enough already waiting for my vehicle. Not to mention this was for something that they told me that was already done the day after the vehicle was on their lot for four days after purchase. So if you have something to do 10/10 wouldn’t recommend going to jimmy britt before handling it. More

Took my vehicle there. They didn’t provide a full report after multi point inspection. Engine light was on when I got there and they didn’t realize it cause it was on cause They didn’t provide a full report after multi point inspection. I usually get an update via the dodge app about my health report but it seems like it wasn’t updated or reported there regarding my oil change visit and inspection. More
