Made an appointment for 9 a. m. for a concern on my vehicle. At 10:30 a.m. my vehicle had not even been taken back and started being looked at. I asked if anything was going to be done any time soon and was told that I was “on the list to be seen”. When asked what the point of making an appointment was for I was told “to get on the list to be seen”. If you are not going to look at my vehicle even remotely close to the time that an appointment is available then don’t even offer appointments. More
