The service writer was polite and listened. I made my original appointment online but when I went to reschedule the appointment wasn’t in the system. I couldn’t do a mobile check in. Didn’t reset the tps monitors correctly and I had to go back. They wanted to charge $225 to install my own brake pads and the service manager was less than friendly. 3 out of 10. Don’t recommend. The people was great but slow . I believe if you have an appointment for an oil change , it shouldn’t take 2-3 hours .
