Jalen Sands was my product and sales specialist. He was very helpful, courteous and informative, and made sure the vehicle, before I had purchased it, was held for me as soon as it arrived off the train, f very helpful, courteous and informative, and made sure the vehicle, before I had purchased it, was held for me as soon as it arrived off the train, for me to come and look at before finalizing the sale. My vehicle had been rear-ended and totaled and I live about an hour and half away and Jalen went above and beyond to accommodate that, without any guarantee that I would be making a purchase that day. Douglas Keeler was my financer, and he made extra sure that all the paper work was filled out correctly, so that I wouldn't have to make any extra trips back out to Jeff City. Overall, great experience and everyone was very helpful for my situation! More

We were in need of a replacement vehicle due to ours being hit and totaled. In the current market, it was hard to locate something similar to what we had. When I found out current vehicle online and submitted that we were interested, the salesman contacted us quickly and made several contacts over a few days via email, phone call, and text to answer questions and get an appointment set up to see the vehicle. He was very easygoing and communicated with us well throughout the process. We really appreciated this, especially since we were not expecting to be vehicle shopping at this point.
