Although I ended up purchasing a vehicle the process was more paunful than it should have been. The dealer refused to match an in writing appraisal from carmax, the dealer also provided no options for me t more paunful than it should have been. The dealer refused to match an in writing appraisal from carmax, the dealer also provided no options for me to sell the vehicle to carmax first and give them the funds via a due bill in the contract. This was on top of 5,000 of funds i was paying at the time of sale. In short, I tossed 1,500 into the trash to secure the vehicle. 1,500 was the difference between the machen and carmax appraisal. With that said Everyone was friendly and knowlegable and The price of the vehicle was more than fair. I think the dealer was short sighted over this deal, as I couldn’t reccomend them to friends or family nor would i purchase another vehicle from them. 5 stars to my salesperson Jalen as he was knowledgable and friendly More
