Austin did a great job for being new to sales, he did a good job getting a dent fixed on truck and getting the few other things the truck needed. They only thing I was a little disappointed in was, when I showed up to pick a few thing that where order a few days after I bought the truck, another truck exactly like what I was wanting came in with 40,000 miles less than the truck I bought, for the close to the same money, and it was gold certified so I would have not had to buy a extended warranty. I wish sales would have a better knowledge of what is being traded in so the could say that they have a couple more like trucks like the one I bought coming to the lot in a short timeframe. Detail shop I am not very impressed with. I stopped by to look at truck one day and noticed a few things on truck after it got out of detail was not very happy since I was told it was out of detail and ready to go. But they put it back in detail and did a little better job the second time, but I still think they could do better job, still not a kind of detail job you would expect on a $60,000 truck. More
