Just a horrible experience while our vehicle sat there an entire month. Pathetic. Your dealership COULD have washed the truck...and took out the cruddy paper floor mats and replaced them with CLEAN ones. Very happy with the customer service and the maintenance department. After having my truck breakdown and get towed to Fulton Ford I was not happy with their service or maintenance department. The truck broke down again a few days later, so I towed it to Capitol City Ford where they took care of things in a timely manner and I have had no issues. We called four times and left messages and we never received a call back. When I did finally talk to someone I stated my concerns and unhappiness and they were going to check On something and get back received a call back.
