I’m giving you 5 stars because the work was done properly. Cashier did not add Ford Pass points to account as requested. She told me to come back and talk to another person to make that happen. I’ll likely just do the Ford Pass app chat and have them add it, like I have the last two times I’ve been there. Not understand why you can’t just automatically load that info to my Ford Pass account since I use the same email address for Machens Ford and Ford Pass? I know for you, stopping in to take care of that doesn’t seem like a big deal. For me, I really don’t need any more errands to run when I get off work - especially when that same cashier (Angie) is going to be the same person there when I get off work! More

I had a horrible experience. The car was suppose to be done by 4:00. It wasn’t finished till 4:30. Just needed a basic oil change. They rotated the tires and did a gold star package. Cost me 92$. Didn’t need rotating. I told them it was low on brake fluid and to make sure they filled it. They did not. When I got the car back they had misplaced the windshield washer cap. They put green painters tape on the windshield washer tank. I knew my brakes were close to the end of there life span but they never talked to me about it. We did voice our concern and were reimbursed for our trouble but..... seriously?! Green painters tap!! I will not be back. We currently have a F250 on order. We will not be getting it serviced at joe machens. More
