Very accomodating We had been looking at another car over in Kansas when the deal fell through. I called Shawn and asked if a vehicle I had seen on line was still available. He said it was so my wide and I drove from Kansas City to check it out. The car was waiting in the lot and the air was on. We were given the keys and took a drive. While at the dealer we were offered cold drinks and snacks that they kept in the waiting rooms. The overall experience was pleasant and not painful. The drive was worth effort and the price was worth the drive. Appreciate the time Shawn and the team took with us. More

I can't recall the name of the manager we worked with to get to the dollar figure we wanted to get to, but we appreciate him working with us on that and of it as well. The only area suggested for improvement would be the time between driving the car and expressing interest in purchasing it to the point of getting a final price - we spent the better part of Saturday afternoon and evening on that part of the process. Other than that, we were very happy with the dealership and employees. Thank you! More
