I inquired about the car and Randy got in touch right away. I wanted to make sure the car was as advertised before I made the trip there. He made sure the car was exactly as advertised, he even pointed out a small scratch that didn’t show up in the pictures. I found everyone at the dealership to be very easy to deal with throughout the process. I asked to take the car for a pre-purchase inspection, and they had no problem letting me take it for a couple of hours. They were very fair with pricing, and there was no hassle or pressure at any point. The finance guys were also great, not at all like the usual hard sell guys I’ve dealt with at other places in the past. I can’t say enough good things about Joe Machens, they made the whole process easy and worth the drive. More

I was looking to trade in my truck that I had previously bought at Joe Machens (Columbia) for a lower mileage and more reliable vehicle, though I had only purchased it less than a year ago. I was contacted by Doug Keeler about a 2015 F-150 I had noticed online, and he was quick and professional about setting up a time to drive the truck the same day. With Doug's excellent hospitality and honest help, I fell in love with the truck. The entire process took longer than expected (unlimited ICEE's helped) but Doug kept me entertained and actually asked my fiancé about our future goals in life, which was a breath of fresh air and made us feel less like another sale. We will be back in a few months to buy my fiancé's car, and plan to work with Doug again. Thanks Doug for everything! More
