Excellent Customer Service My check engine light came on while driving to work this morning. I stopped by Joe Machens at lunch to see if they could check out my car and give me My check engine light came on while driving to work this morning. I stopped by Joe Machens at lunch to see if they could check out my car and give me an idea of what the problem could be. Tim Taylor assisted me and although they were swamped and he had no one available at the time, he asked me to stop by later this afternoon so they could run a diagnostic check. He was concerned with the heat and didn’t want me stranded on the road if it was something major. I stopped by again about 3 pm today and Tim Taylor again assisted me. He grabbed Steve Johnson and they ran the codes on my vehicle to find out it was only a sensor. The fixed me up, cleared out the error code and got me on my way! Thank you to both of these men for not telling me to simply drop it off and they would get back to me. They both went out of their way to help and I am completely grateful for them both! More

However, I asked for a basic wash, if possible, and was told it was for $50. Great. well it wasnt $50 worth of clean and I found a note inside my car from the service manager, Steve, calling my car a "turd," specifically "polish the turd". This is the nicest car I've ever had. I know it was a little dirty but that was offensive and hurt my feelings. More
