slightly aggravated My car ended up being there for over a week for very simple repairs which is fine, they did set me up with a rental car. Whatever.. . However, I My car ended up being there for over a week for very simple repairs which is fine, they did set me up with a rental car. Whatever.. . However, I asked for a basic wash, if possible, and was told it was for $50. Great. well it wasnt $50 worth of clean and I found a note inside my car from the service manager, Steve, calling my car a "turd," specifically "polish the turd". This is the nicest car I've ever had. I know it was a little dirty but that was offensive and hurt my feelings. More
