My Buying Experience at Joe Machens Capital City Ford I have been researching for and searching a new vehicle for the past six weeks. During this time, I communicated with numerous sales people from multi I have been researching for and searching a new vehicle for the past six weeks. During this time, I communicated with numerous sales people from multiple car dealers from St. Louis, Columbia, Fulton, and Jefferson City. I presented a list of my needs, expectations, and constraints to the sales people of these dealerships. They could not help me. On Thursday, July 12, 2018, I walked in at Joe Machens Capital City Ford with a very similar list of constraints, which NO OTHER AUTO DEALERSHIP CAME CLOSE TO MEETING IN OVER A MONTH; however, in about two and one-half hours, Mr. Pratt (Sales Person), Brian Lorts (Sales Manager), and Matt Wilde (Finance) worked collaboratively and deligently that resulted in a deal that not only met all my constraints, but surpassed my expectations. The sales team packaged an auto deal I could not turn down. My immediate response was, “It’s a deal!” I have never made such a statement, and especially that immediately, during any purchase I can remember. The sales team demonstrated keeness in listening and understanding my needs and expectations. Working together and in just a short amount of time, they found a vehicle at their own dealership that best suited, rather exceeded, for what I was looking. I appreciate the stellar service I received at Joe Machens Capital City Ford by Tim, Brian, and Matt. I also thank Devon Henry, who guided and assisted me in setting up Sync 3.
