Terry, the finance guy, was very knowledgeable and we were able to work through the paper-signing part of it very quickly. I can't recall the name of the manager we worked with to get to the dollar figure we wanted to get to, but we appreciate him working with us on that and of it as well. The only area suggested for improvement would be the time between driving the car and expressing interest in purchasing it to the point of getting a final price - we spent the better part of Saturday afternoon and evening on that part of the process. Other than that, we were very happy with the dealership and employees. Thank you! More
