Spending money on service before first payment I ended up spending $377 (most of which was on the diagnosis) before I even made my first payment was disappointing. I could have taken it to my mech I ended up spending $377 (most of which was on the diagnosis) before I even made my first payment was disappointing. I could have taken it to my mechanic and got this accomplished for a lot less. I was of the belief I would be treated fair because of the recent purchase. I was wrong. More

Oil Change I took my vehicle in for an oil change because according to the mileage it was due very soon and the oil light had come on. So I took it in immediatel I took my vehicle in for an oil change because according to the mileage it was due very soon and the oil light had come on. So I took it in immediately. When I dropped it off I told them the oil light was on and stated that I wondered if there was a problem. They called and said it was finished a couple of hours later so I went to pick it up. When checking out I asked if it was low on oil since the light had come on. I was told no and proceeded to pay. When I got to my car and took a look at the paperwork I saw "extreme oil leak" written at the bottom. I went back in and questioned it again. The desk person went and talked to the mechanic and then informed me, yes, there was a bad leak and he cleaned everything up and filled it back with oil but I needed to take it to the Jeep certified dealer to find out where the leak was. I was charged for this "oil change" but feel the service I received was very lacking. I was even called when they had my vehicle in and told about other fixes they recommended but nothing of this extreme oil leak! Good thing I looked over the work order myself. More
