My Excursion drives better than it ever. I've had a bad experience with the aftermarket wheels and tires that I put on my Excursion for the last two years. Four attempts by two different sho I've had a bad experience with the aftermarket wheels and tires that I put on my Excursion for the last two years. Four attempts by two different shops to balance the tires have been unsuccessful. I contacted Joe Machen's and talked to Steve Joplin about my frustration. Steve was a good listener and gave excellent feedback demonstrating that he understood the problem. The technician, James Wilbanks, discovered that in addition to the tires being improperly balanced, there were bad ball joints on the right side. Now that the repairs have been made and tires balanced and rotated my Excursion drives better than I expected. I'm absolutely thrilled. I believe the successful repair is due in no small part to the care-factor and professionalism of Steve and James. Thanks guys. More
