The way you should be treated! This is the second vehicle that my wife and myself have purchased from salesman Brad Bartlett, and he will be the salesman that we continue to use. He was attentive and straight forward while not being over pushy and aggressive. In my opinion, he is a salesman that still treats people like people instead of just someone that is buying a car and how can I get them to buy one. Once Brad handed us off to Bryan the feeling of still being treated as a person continued. He was willing to do whatever he could in his power to get me into a car that I wanted and not just a car that I would be stuck with for years. He continue to search avenues and ways for my family to be able to buy my very first brand new car and be happy with the results of the loan. I left Joe Machens feeling as if I was the winner, instead of the last few cars I have purchased (from other dealers) as defeated and just put in a car that I wanted but wasn't the best fit for me. These two men are a true testament that buying a car can still be done with ease and manners. I would suggest both of them to anyone looking for a new car or used car. More
