I Identified a car I liked on their CPO lot online, got in correspondence with a couple of Sales guys, and set a time to get it out for a drive when I was in town. Wound up driving home in said vehicle in less than two and a half hours at the Dealer. The price for the car was far below the KBB, and they gave me above the KBB on the trade in. All in all they seemed to be more interested in happy customers than gouging them for every penny. Do your homework on the vehicle you are looking for and go to Machens, you'll be happy you did. I don't know if salespersons realize this little detail and I understand that some instructions are needed for people who don't have experience with these new vehicles today. There was some confusion on the equipment listed online and in the window. That was somewhat disappointing but Mike gave us an explanation as to why but I would like to see that cleared up with maybe a more personalized listing instead of the generic one where details get skipped. The waiting room was great with food and drinks aplenty. Again, Mike was very polite as was Jamie who did the paperwork. More
