Also when I got home there was a dent in the passenger door. My bad for not doing a thurough walk around. I told them about my damage, and they failed to disclose the damage to my car. And when you get to the financing, they stick in extras like gap insurance, and and extended warranty, that isn't a Ford product, but a product of their owners. So know what you're paying. These people are paid to make their corporate interests every penny they can get. And they do a good job at that. More
