THEN WE FOUND BRAD BARTLETT AT MACHENS in Jefferson City. WOW!! What a difference a location & sales person can make!!! Brad took us through all the newest features...explaining each...demonstrating some...and determining if it was a value to us and our needs. We had a great experience....ended up thinking all the material and features over....and went back to order a new one exactly as we wanted. 5 WEEKS LATER....our truck arrived....just as we wanted. The dealer has been a great place to visit....good phone handling, the other associate Chris was friendly and easy to deal with...coming through on all they had previously discussed and promised. PS....if you ever have to wait for something.....they have a snack bar that has nothing left out....seriously....very nice bonus...if you have to wait....they make it comfortable for sure!
