I actually ended up purchasing a used Lincoln and a new Ford truck over a two day period. I worked primarily with Joe Herx, but had sales assistance from Harvey and Rick. I especially appreciated that Harvey and Rick were quick to help out, but did not try to muscle in on Joe's sales. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and I felt they were being honest with me when discussing the costs of the cars I purchased and the values of my trade-ins. I never felt pressured to buy a specific vehicle or, for that matter, any vehicle at all. When looking at what was available, they stuck to the parameters that I had specified up front and never wasted any of my time trying to show me something else. The only so-called pressure that I felt was from the encouragement the sales staff gave me to drive the vehicles for a long enough period of time to ensure that I was comfortable with it - and that was certainly a positive kind of pressure. There was excellent cooperation between the sales staff and the finance staff, and also between both of those staffs and the folks who actually prepared the vehicles for me to drive away. More
