First, I would like to thank John Lange for a painless experience with the sales and service department. John was very professional and personable in his approach with us during the agreement process. I felt no stress or pressure to purchase, and I think that is the best approach to sales. Previous to my purchase, I met with Doug Keeler on the parking lot in January and talked truck talk for about an hour. He was fun to talk with about trucks, local politics, school, and athletic issues. I did not return until late March, when I by chance met John on the lot and went into the office to discuss a price on a F-150. The rest is history. I would rank the sales people as excellent in their job as salesmen. I also appreciate the help of John Desmond in the service department. He was very helpful in getting mud flaps put on my truck the same day that I picked up my new truck. Thanks guys!! I would also like Ford Motor Company to know that one of the reasons that I shopped Ford is because they did not take the help of the federal government when faced with tough financial decisions. By standing on your principles, biting the financial bullet, and making the necessary adjustment with your labor force, you proved that Independence and Freedom are still alive in America! Had great customer service experience. Let me take the car for a day or two just to make sure this is what I really wanted before I had bought it. Only 3 minutes after I allowed USAA to send my request for information to 4 different dealerships, Randy Wells called me and was highly motivated to get me in a new car that was right for me. He did not push me into buying more add ons to the car and actually helped me get discounts on the car I wanted. We interacted via phone calls and email for a few days until all of the paperwork was finalized and the car I wanted was on their lot. Once they had my car, they drove it to me so I did not have to take the time to make the drive to buy and trade in my old car. The price for a new vehicle was cost prohibitive to us, so we elected to purchase used from a reputable dealer. I knew Ron Murphy was the man to see. He took our parameters (which were somewhat fluid), and located what turned out to be the perfect fit for our needs. In the past seven years we've purchased three used and one new vehicle through Ron, and have been extremely pleased with each purchase. The 2006 Chrysler minivan we purchased in August 2011 immediately proved to be a problem mechanically, but Ron absolutely stood by us and saw to it the right mechanic worked with us to isolate and ultimately correct the difficult problem. I have driven Fords for over 40 years and have traded cars and trucks at a number of dealerships over the years,however Joe Machens is the best! Randy greeted us at the door, we talked about what we were cars and trucks at a number of dealerships over the years,however Joe Machens is the best! Randy greeted us at the door, we talked about what we were wanting to see in the 2013 Ford lineup.Then went to the new car lot to look at new Explorers and Edges. Randy explained the different packages and options. We returned to his office for more information and prices. There was no pressure from Randy to trade on this first visit. We went home talked it over and then got back with Randy a couple days later and ordered a new 2013 Edge Limited AWD. They told us it would arrive in 6 to 8 weeks. The Edge was delivered in 6 weeks. Terry Bradshaw provided us with extended warranty and financing information prior to us picking it up. Tom Stegeman did the paperwork in his office and then Randy went through the delivery checklist, explaining and answering our questions about the new features and how they work. The whole experience went great, from start to finsh. The friendly people, the service, the price, everything was just wonderful. I would like to thank Randy, Tom, and Terry for a job well done.
