Normally dont have any problems. Monday had 4 tires put on and balanced. On the way home noticed they were out of balance and whole truck shook. Very unhappy with service. I found out after the fact that they had given all of my ford pass points to one of my coworkers, leaving me none to use on my brand new vehicle. They I found out after the fact that they had given all of my ford pass points to one of my coworkers, leaving me none to use on my brand new vehicle. They never asked for ID or checked to see if it was the right person using the points. Essentially, anyone could have come in and dropped my company's name and stolen the points. This was apparently my fault for not being an expert on the ford pass program. I also noticed later, that they had put a sticker in my window for someone else's vehicle, demonstrating that they had no idea what they were doing. The sticker had a date on it from before my vehicle had been sold and the mileage is way beyond what is currently on mine. Considering the fact that my points are gone and the experience was terrible, I will probably never come back for anything unless I have no other option. I had been told in the past that Machens was not very good for service and now I see why, in fact, my company will probably cease doing any business there. More

The people at ford are fine people to work with. My question to you is why you have to ask for a review every time we have something done as I don’t really like doing them.
